are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools (b) maneuvering the price of any item or interfere with other content; (c) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content;
 
For you to complete a purchase in our site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the shopping process. You must qualify that you are 18 years

or older. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
 

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 21st August 2013. Product prices are updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price

somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

 
Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Northline. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total

before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.   
Stewart Trading Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 8 8382 9280 to enquire about a special order.

 
Payments of Invoices
 
Stewart Trading Pty Ltd has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Stewart Trading Pty Ltd prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. Unless credit term has been

agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit card, paypal or eft transfers. Stewart Trading Pty Ltd has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. Invoices must be paid prior to delivery or pickup of the goods.
 

Customer Service Policy

Stewart Trading Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard

delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder

or a full refund.
 
 
Refund Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to

the product purchased on the website.

 
Risk of Loss
 
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES are highly monitored in our site and if fraud is detected Stewart Trading Pty Ltd shall resort all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent

All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of Stewart Trading Pty Ltd. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce,

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms contain the entire agreement between the parties to this agreement and there are no other oral or written representations, stipulations, warranties, agreements, or understandings relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
